§Rotation buffer selection
The rotary shaft is directly connected to the buffer shaft or the inner bore as shown in the figure below.：
The above formula can be used to determine the maximum torque generated by the gravity of the cover when the cover is about to be covered. Please use this torque to confirm the final torque required. Torque adjustment can be achieved by changing the viscosity of the damping oil. (Note: If the structure has gears or levers, the torque selection method is different depending on the gear ratio or the lever ratio. If the gear or lever ratio is 1:2, the torque required for the same condition of the rotating body should also be slow. It is 2 times.)
§Rotary damper with spring motion buffer
As shown in Figure A below, the cover plate is rotated and opened by the spring force. The relationship between the spring force F, the cover load W, and the preselected damper torque T is as shown in Figure B below.：
W：Cover load torque
A torque value that requires a spring-loaded cover or other mechanism to act on the rotating shaft.
F：Spring output torque
The spring force is sufficient to support the load resistance of the cover or other mechanism.
To ensure that the cover or other rotating mechanism can be rotated in place, the damper torque T should be slightly less than the difference between the spring output torque and the cover load torque.
