4. Installation requirements

The escape descender should be installed at the end of the cloth bag walkway or indoor window, balcony concave walkway, public walkway, roof platform, etc. of the building, and fixed by installing connecting bolts, brackets and wall connectors. Rain and sun protection measures should be taken when the escape descender is installed outdoors to prevent the accessories from aging, damage and failure due to rain and sunlight.

The use of the descender:

1. Hook the governor on the pre-installed hook plate, or connect it with a hook, and hang it on a solid bracket (heating pipe, upper and lower water pipes, stair railings, etc.) with a wire rope. For users with a mounting box installed, they can smash the glass and remove the governor in an emergency.

2. Throw the wire rope reel to the ground along the outdoor wall, and ensure that the wire rope can be smoothly unfolded to the ground.

3. The rescued person should fasten the belt and adjust the belt clip appropriately.

4. The rescued stood on the windowsill and pulled the long end of the wire rope to tighten the short end.

5. The rescued person held the window frame with both hands, hoisted his body out of the window, released his hands, and began to descend at a constant speed. During the descent, face the wall, hold the wall lightly with both hands, and step on the wall with both feet to avoid wear and tear.

2. In order to avoid the accident of the escape personnel falling due to the sliding of the friction wheel of the escape descender, it is strictly forbidden to inject oily substances into the friction hub of the escape descender.

3. In order to ensure that the escape descender can be used for a long time, the sliding speed is stable, and that the sliding rope does not come into contact with other objects during the fall.

4. If the protective layer on the outside of the slip rope of the escape retarder is seriously damaged, the slip rope should be replaced as soon as possible.

5. The parts of the escape descender meet very high quality standards to ensure that the escapee will not bring new dangers due to quality problems during the escape process.
