■ Prohibit starting with insufficient installation strength
●Starting with insufficient installation strength may cause mechanical damage and personal accidents.
●Please ensure the installation strength and load torque factor.
■ Use as a stop device is prohibited
●Please use it within the range allowed by the buffer. Please do not use the position of the shock absorber to stop the mechanism. When the shock absorber is used to stop the device, personal and mechanical injuries may occur.
■ Prohibit the use of over torque
●When used above the rated torque, it will cause oil leakage, reduced life, shaft damage, and even mechanical accidents. Please use it in a large torque range.
■ Do not use outside the specified temperature range
●If it is used outside the specified operating temperature range, it will cause oil leakage and abnormal torque. Please use it within the specified operating temperature range.
■ Use environment attention
●Please do not use it under vacuum or high pressure to avoid mechanical damage.
●Do not use it in an environment where cutting powder, cutting oil, liquid, etc. adhere to the shock absorber. This may cause damage to the buffer, oil leakage and other undesirable phenomena.
■No littering of discarded buffers
●Random disposal of the oil in the waste buffer will cause environmental pollution. Please dispose of it in accordance with the prescribed waste oil disposal method.
■ Gear installation prohibits the following several meshing loads and assembly
●When the rotating shaft is subjected to radial load, it may cause oil leakage, poor torque, or damage to the main body (if there is a gear, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
●When the rotating shaft (gear) is subjected to an axial tensile load, it may cause oil leakage and damage to the body (if the gear is equipped, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
●When assembling, please install the gear of the combination side and the gear of the damper in a state of ensuring the parallelism as much as possible.
■ Use exceeding the specified rotation speed
●Exceeding the specified rotation speed may cause oil leakage, reduced service life, and damage to the rotating shaft.
●Please refer to the product manual for the rotation speed.

■ Use outside the operating temperature range
●If it is used beyond the operating temperature range, it will cause oil leakage and poor torque.

■Used when the frequency of use is exceeded
●Exceeding the frequency of use in the manual will cause oil leakage and torque drop.

■ Over-tightening of mounting screws
●Excessive tightening of the screws during installation of the rotary damper can cause damage to the damper body.
(★According to the type and size of the screw, tighten it with the specified torque.)
