Q47A0 Series Rotary Damper


Instructions for use ① This buffer has no axial support design, so be sure to consider other axial support issues during installation. ②When inserting the shaft into the Q47A0-R/L shock absorber, insert it while turning it in the no-load direction of the shock absorber. (Please note: the buffer may be damaged if inserted hard) ③When using the buffer, please use the square shaft with the specified tolerance. When installing, try to keep the minimum gap between the shaft holes. If there is a gap, the fall buffering effect of the cover will be affected.

    Buffer characteristics
    ① Speed characteristics: The torque of the disk-type rotary buffer changes according to the change of the rotation speed. The changing law can be seen in the lower right figure, the torque increases when the speed is increased, and the torque decreases when the speed is slowed down. The torque in the manual is the torque when the cover is rotated at 20 rpm. When the cover is rotated and dropped from the vertical to the horizontal direction, the torque will be smaller than the calibration value due to the slow rotation speed when it starts to fall.

    ② Temperature characteristics: The torque of the disk-type rotary shock absorber also changes according to the change of the ambient temperature. The change rule can be seen in the lower right figure. When the ambient temperature increases, the torque decreases, and when the ambient temperature decreases, the torque increases. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil changes when the ambient temperature changes. But when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque will also return to its original value.
