M23 Series Dampers

1. Speed characteristics The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the change of the rotation speed. The law of change is: the speed increases, the torque also increases. The speed slows down, and the torque drops with it. ▲The torque at start is different from the standard torque. 2. Temperature characteristics The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the temperature of the operating environment. The change rule is: when the ambient temperature increases, the torque decreases, and when the ambient temperature decreases, the torque increases. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil in the damper also changes when the ambient temperature changes. However, when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque also returns to its original value.

Note 1) The standard torque is 20 rpm and the temperature is 23±2℃.

Note 2) A rack can be selected. If a rack is required, please consult our sales staff.

Note 3) The torque of the rotary damper varies depending on the rotation speed. The changing law can refer to the technical data. The torque increases when the speed is increased, and the torque decreases when the speed is slowed down.

Note 4) The torque of the rotary damper varies depending on the ambient temperature. The change rule is that when the ambient temperature increases, the torque decreases, and the action time is accelerated. When the ambient temperature decreases, the torque increases and the action time slows down. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil also changes when the ambient temperature changes. But when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque will also return to its original value.

    Damper Characteristics

    1. Speed characteristics

The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the change of the rotation speed. The law of change is: the speed increases, the torque also increases. The speed slows down, and the torque drops with it.

▲The torque at start is different from the standard torque.

    2. Temperature characteristics

The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the temperature of the operating environment.

    3. Damping characteristics

This series of dampers converts the damping direction of the rotary damper into linear damping, as shown in the figure:

    Application areas:

At present, it is widely used in drawers, cabinet doors and windows, etc., which can effectively reduce the noise generated when the product is in use and make the movement more supple.
