C15 Series Dampers

model torque Torque output direction
Note 1) The standard torque is measured at 20 rpm and a temperature of 23±2°C.
Note 2) Add G to the end of the model number when the gear is used.
Note 3) Special order is available by changing the viscosity of the shock absorber oil.
Maximum use rotation speed 50 rpm (single direction rotation) maximum frequency of use 10 times/min (1 time is positive 360° and reverse 360°) Maximum operating temperature range

1. Speed characteristics
The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the change of the rotation speed. The law of change is: the speed increases, the torque also increases. The speed slows down, and the torque drops with it.
2. Temperature characteristics
The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the temperature of the operating environment. The change rule is: when the ambient temperature increases, the torque decreases, and when the ambient temperature decreases, the torque increases. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil in the damper also changes when the ambient temperature changes. However, when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque also returns to its original value.
At present, it is widely used in clamshell, telescopic and sliding products such as small flip panels, furniture drawers, cabinet drawers, flip doors, stereos, cup holders, etc., which can effectively reduce the impact and noise generated during product use and improve product service life.
1. Gear and rack coordination (workpiece linear motion)
2. Gear and gear coordination (workpiece rotary motion, with angle limit)
3. Gear and gear coordination (no angle limit)
4. The workpiece is directly connected to the damper rotary shaft
1. Radial load state
When the rotary shaft (gear) is subjected to radial load, it may cause oil leakage, poor torque, or damage to the body (if the gear is equipped, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
2. Axial tensile load state
●When the rotary shaft (gear) is subjected to an axial tensile load, it may cause oil leakage, poor torque, or damage to the body (if the gear is equipped, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
●When assembling, please install the gear of the combination side and the gear of the buffer in a state where the parallelism is ensured as much as possible.
