Damper Characteristics
1. Speed characteristicsThe torque of the rotary damper changes according to the change of the rotation speed. The law of change is: the speed increases, the torque also increases. The speed slows down, and the torque drops with it.
2. Temperature characteristics
The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the temperature of the operating environment. The change rule is: when the ambient temperature increases, the torque decreases, and when the ambient temperature decreases, the torque increases. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil in the damper also changes when the ambient temperature changes. However, when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque also returns to its original value.
Specific usage:
1. Gear and rack coordination (workpiece linear motion)2. Gear and gear coordination (workpiece rotary motion, with angle limit)

4. The workpiece is directly connected to the damper rotary shaft
Precautions:
1. Radial load state
When the rotary shaft (gear) is subjected to radial load, it may cause oil leakage, poor torque, or damage to the body (if the gear is equipped, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
2. Axial tensile load state
●When the rotary shaft (gear) is subjected to an axial tensile load, it may cause oil leakage, poor torque, or damage to the body (if the gear is equipped, the gear may be damaged or fall off).
●When assembling, please install the gear of the combination side and the gear of the buffer with the parallelism as much as possible.
