Q47A0 Series Rotary Damper


Instructions for use ① This buffer has no axial support design, so be sure to consider other axial support issues during installation. ②When inserting the shaft into the Q47A0-R/L shock absorber, insert it while turning it in the no-load direction of the shock absorber. (Please note: the buffer may be damaged if inserted hard) ③When using the buffer, please use the square shaft with the specified tolerance. When installing, try to keep the minimum gap between the shaft holes. If there is a gap, the fall buffering effect of the cover will be affected.

Q57A0 Series Rotary Damper

The torque in the manual is the torque when the cover is rotated at 20 rpm. Instructions for use ①The matching gap between the rotating shaft hole and the matching parts should be minimized. If there is a gap, the buffering effect of the damper will also be affected; ②The rotation angle of the rotary damper is 300°. If the rotation exceeds the angle, the damper itself will be damaged. Please design a stop positioning mechanism externally;
