N12 series rotary buffer


1. The closed position shown in the figure is the buffer end position, the torque output of the buffer is the largest at this angle, and this position is the buffer end installation reference. 2. The angle between the rotation flat installation reference and the housing boss is 0°. 3. The rotation angle of the buffer is 120°. If the rotation exceeds the angle, the buffer itself will be damaged. Please design a stop positioning mechanism externally. 4. Please minimize the gap between the rotating shaft hole and the mating parts. If there is a gap, the speed of the rotation buffer will be affected.

N16A0 series rotary buffer


When the N16A0 series rotary buffer starts to fall from the vertical position as shown in Figure A to the horizontal position, since the designed torque is the weakest at the starting position, the torque gradually increases with the rotation of the buffer angle, so the action of the cover can be slow at the end. close. As shown in Figure B, when the lid starts to fall from the horizontal position, the torque generated by the gravity of the lid is zero in the vertical direction, and the torque of the buffer is the largest in the final position, so the lid cannot be fully closed.

Y12C0 series damper


1. Speed characteristics: The torque of the rotary buffer changes according to the change of the rotation speed. Torque increases as you go faster, and torque decreases as you go slower. 2. Temperature characteristics: The torque of the rotary buffer also changes according to the change of the ambient temperature. The torque decreases when the ambient temperature increases, and the torque increases when the ambient temperature decreases. This is because the viscosity of the viscous oil changes when the ambient temperature changes. But when the ambient temperature returns to normal temperature, the torque will also return to its original value. 3. Try to keep the minimum gap between the shaft holes during installation. If there is a gap, the buffering effect will be affected.

N18D1 series buffer


When the N18 series rotary buffer starts to fall from the vertical position as shown in Figure A to the horizontal position, since the designed torque is the weakest at the starting position, the torque gradually increases with the rotation of the buffer angle, so the action of the cover can be slow at the end. close. As shown in Figure B, when the cover starts to fall from the horizontal position, the torque generated by the gravity of the cover is zero in the vertical direction, and the torque of the buffer is the largest in the final position, so the cover cannot be fully closed.
